Agile Planner Plus

This app stores planning and configuration data related to Jira users and teams. Stored data includes:

Jira user identifiers (accountId and display name)

Membership of teams and roles

Capacity and allocation settings

Time‑off / vacation periods, work patterns, and availability

Audit information such as the actor (accountId) that changed a record

All data is stored in Atlassian Forge Storage within Atlassian’s cloud and is scoped to the customer’s Jira site. The app does not use any external servers or databases and does not send customer or user data to third‑party services.

We use Jira’s standard OAuth scopes to read Jira users, issues, and worklogs as needed to calculate capacity and allocations. We support data deletion when the app is uninstalled, and we will align with Atlassian’s personal data reporting and erasure mechanisms so that user data can be located and removed when required.
