Follow-up Email Reminders for Jira

Follow-up Steward puts a reminder on the issue you need to come back to.

• The reminder lives on the issue itself; the rest of the issue view stays as it is.
• Remind yourself, named colleagues or Current assignee. Recipients need a Jira or JSM license and access to the issue, checked again before sending.
• Choose a quick date or an exact time in any time zone. Repeat daily, on selected weekdays or monthly, with an optional end date.
• Jira emails your note with a link to the issue. Nothing is sent when you save or edit.
• Each recipient can snooze their own copy or stop receiving it without changing the shared schedule.
• My reminders shows what you receive and what you manage, with the outcome of each send.
• Reminders stop when the issue reaches Done. The Due Date is never changed.

Limits: email only, no Slack or Teams; recipients are licensed internal users, not portal customers; the app does not create issues or change fields. Free for sites with up to 10 Jira users.
