The app integrates with Twilio via a webhook, records incoming calls, transcribes messages using AI, detects intent, and generates structured Jira tickets with a clear summary and description.
It supports a multilingual caller experience (English, French, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, Spanish, German), optional multilingual ticket generation, SMS confirmation, and enriched issue activity metadata for agents.
Administrators can configure default reporter behavior, request type strategy, and map caller phone numbers to custom fields.
