More details
The SAP CS Template is a demonstration of how to create a Customer Service space in Jira Cloud that integrates with SAP via our SAP Integration Kit for Jira (JIRA2SAP).
It showcases one of many ways to use JIRA2SAP, including the use of dedicated SAP CS fields for structured service data capture. As soon as an issue is created, it can be transferred to your SAP system as a service notification or service order through the JIRA2SAP integration.
You can continue to edit and manage the issue in both Jira and SAP, as the integration supports bidirectional synchronization, ensuring that updates remain aligned across both systems.
This represents just one possible use case; the solution can be adapted to various service processes and SAP CS configurations.

JIRA2SAP CS Template is a demo of how to create a customer service project.
It shows one of many ways to use our product JIRA2SAP (SAP integration kit for Jira), including specific SAP related fields and an example workflow. For example, the workflow includes a status called SAP. If you decide to transfer an issue to your SAP landscape via our bi-directional connection, you can select this status. Otherwise the issue will stay in Jira. This is just one possible use case, there are many more.
