Invisible Work Risk Index (IWRI)

Still in the trial but wanted to leave early feedback. The risk index has already surfaced workload patterns in our team that we’d been missing - great tool. One thing I’d love added is a report showing how a team’s standing has shifted over a period of time. Right now I can see where we are, but I can’t easily show leadership the trajectory or the impact of changes we’ve made.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this, really glad to hear IWRI is already surfacing patterns your team had been missing. The trajectory view you've described is exactly the kind of leadership-facing story we want IWRI to tell, and it's something we're actively scoping. Watch this space and please keep the feedback coming as you go through your trial.
