One template library for every project
Use the same canned responses in software, business and service projects. Share one template with many projects, or keep it to one project and work type. Service projects only see templates that name them.
Pick, edit, post as yourself
Open the Templates tab on a work item, pick a template and edit the text before you post. Variables fill in the key, summary, reporter and assignee. The comment is always posted by you, never by the app.
Internal by default, safe by design
In service projects every template starts as an internal note. Replying to the customer is a deliberate choice with its own button. 3 scopes, no admin scopes, no data leaves Atlassian. Runs on Atlassian.
