Using an agent-based approach, it discovers hardware and software data from Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints and synchronizes that information into Jira Assets.

The app supports continuous inventory updates, software filtering and whitelisting to reduce noise, and real-time endpoint queries for validation and advanced use cases.
