Quick start:
- Open a Jira issue and expand HandoffPing in the Apps section.
- Enter a message, then choose the date, time, recurrence, and recipients.
- Create the reminder. Edit, cancel, or retry it from the issue or HandoffPing page.
Admins can choose enabled projects, pause delivery, monitor usage, review delivery activity, and cancel schedules.
It reads issue status and assignee data, searches Jira users you choose, and sends Jira notifications. Compute and storage stay on Atlassian Forge; no external backend or database is used.
