This app had some promise but after their migration (6.4 and up) from the in-app permission scheme towards using the Jira built in permission scheme, all our scheduled (over 100) tasks became inactive and unable to be edited. To further exacerbate the issue, support has been sporadic with slow replies to our messages, many replies repeating the same already answered questions but ignoring our answers. At this point we can create new scheduled tasks but we cannot edit any of the existing ones.

The Scheduler is very flexible, but unfortunately workflow trigger for template dont work individually by task. It`s generate new tasks for all templates where has using worklow triger.

This is a must have app for every team! Our PM's love it. Being able to use cron expressions to determine the schedule is great.

This app is essential to my team. It allows me to set up repeating tasks that appear just in time for the relevant sprint. This app is used for weekly repeating tasks, monthly maintenance tasks, creating JSD tickets to send monthly reports to customers with pre filled recipients, and more.
