One click, recorded against a version
Ask everyone, a group or named people to confirm they have read the page. Each signature stores the person, the time and the page version, so the record says what was actually read.
Confluence search finds what is outstanding
The state is written to a page label, so label = "ack-outstanding" lists every policy still waiting in Confluence's own search, and Confluence automation can chase it without touching our UI.
The zoom-out an auditor asks for
Overall coverage across the site, which spaces are behind, what has waited longest, and each person's own reading list. Pages whose audience cannot be counted are excluded rather than counted as zero.

A policy is read once and then quietly stops being true: the page gets edited, new people join, a year passes, and the report still says everybody signed it.
What it does:
- Ask everyone, or one group, to confirm they have read a Confluence page
- * Signatures are tied to the page version, so editing the page reopens the round and nobody is counted as having read text they never saw
- * Set a re-read period per space and a daily sweep reopens rounds as signatures expire
- * One report rolls up every page: who is still outstanding, coverage per space, and what expires next
Setup: add a label to the page and pick the audience. No credentials, no external service.
Runs entirely on Atlassian Forge with no egress, so nothing about your pages ever leaves Atlassian.
