Key highlights of the appPage approval for Confluence that records which version was approved and shows when it is edited afterwards. Runs on Atlassian

Know which version was approved
The approval is tied to the page version it was given on, for example Approved v12. Edit the page afterwards and the badge becomes “Edited since approval”, with one-click re-approval or automatic re-approval per space.
Request a review in a few clicks
Open the page menu, choose Request approval, pick approvers and a rule: any one approver, or all of them. Add a due date and a note if you like. Approvers can be added, removed or replaced while the review is open.
Everything waiting for you in one place
My approvals lists what is waiting for you, your own requests, recently approved pages and pages edited since approval. Space admins set default approvers and rules on one settings page.

More details
Why Native Page Approvals?
- Stored on the page. Each page’s approval record is a Confluence content property, so it moves with the page when it is moved, copied or migrated, and is deleted with it.
- Runs on Atlassian. Built on Forge, with no external servers and no data egress. The app sends no email: approvers are notified through Confluence’s own @mentions.
- Nothing hidden when a licence lapses. New requests and decisions pause; every status and history stays readable.
Features
- Badge next to every page title: Draft, In review, Approved v12, Changes requested, Edited since approval
- Rules: any one approver, or all approvers
- Request changes with a comment
- Change approvers while a review is open
- Approvers who have left never block a review
- My approvals dashboard
- Default approvers and rules per space; site defaults for admins
- Optional automatic re-approval after an edit
- Pages only: blog posts, whiteboards and databases are not supported
