Signdesk for Confluence

Everyone can record who clicked Approve. The question that matters later is whether the approval still describes the page, and whether it is recent enough to mean anything.

What it does:

• Request approval from the people who should sign off, and see each decision with its comment
• * A new page version drops the approval back into review with the decisions cleared, so the panel says approved at v4, page is now at v7
• * Approvals can be given a review-by period per space, and a daily sweep marks anything past it as expired even on pages nobody opens
• * The state is written to a Confluence label, so label = “approval-expired” finds every stale page in Confluence search and automation can act on it
• * A site report lists every tracked page: approved, in review, changes requested, expired

Runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. No external service, no data leaving Atlassian, nothing to host.
