More details
Before you delete, replace, or retire a Jira group, Group Cleanup Radar shows where that group still matters and which coverage gaps need a manual check.
Find and understand: Rank cleanup candidates using detected references and member signals. Open a group to review supported roles, permissions, shares, workflows, security, and derived permission paths.
Change and verify: Prepare a Delete, Replace, Retire, or Investigate plan, make the change manually in Jira, then Recheck. Record whether supported paths changed as planned or still need attention.
Monitor selected groups for meaningful new references or coverage regressions without creating noise for no-change checks.
The app is read-only: it does not edit Jira groups, permissions, schemes, workflows, or identity-provider data. “No detected references” applies only to successfully checked sources; partial, failed, unavailable, and manual-check coverage stays explicit.
