Key highlights of the appISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act readiness, inside Jira Service Management
Keep every AI system on one register
Name the system, its purpose, its owner and where it is in its lifecycle. One list that your delivery teams, your security reviewer and your auditor all read, and it sits beside the work in Jira.
Classify against the EU AI Act
Up to 7 questions resolve each system to prohibited, high, limited or minimal risk, then list what follows: 12 obligations for a high-risk provider, 7 for a high-risk deployer, each with its article.
Close the ISO/IEC 42001 gaps with evidence
All 65 controls — 27 from clauses 4 to 10 and 38 from Annex A — each with a status, an owner, notes and the evidence that supports it. Every change lands in an audit trail that has no delete.

AIMS-in-a-Box 3.3.0 — Evidence and Remediation (29 Sep 2026)
New: link ISO/IEC 42001 controls to the Jira issues doing the work, with status read live as the viewer. Evidence falls due for review 12 months after its review date; implemented controls flag when due. The SoA lists each control's evidence; the AIMS Policy gains a sign-off table.
Improved: changing a system's role reclassifies it; deletes and withdrawals confirm first; audit trail uses on-screen wording and names changes; newest documents first; Jira "spaces" wording; clearer Impact Assessment; consistent day-month-year dates.
Fixed: stale data after switching tabs, role/classification mismatch, unsigned policy, control history not refreshing, tables overflowing small screens, US-format and future evidence dates, missing confirmations on admin and space settings pages.
No security fixes.
