Coverage is a field, not a report
Every story carries a Test coverage field the app keeps in sync — Passing, Failing, In progress, Not run, Not covered. It works in JQL, filters, swimlanes and dashboards; the Coverage tab is the same rule over a version.
A failing step is a verdict
Run a test one step at a time. The moment a step fails, the run is failed and the story turns red — not when somebody presses Finish. Paste a screenshot as evidence and file the bug from the step, pre-filled.
Drafts from the story, and an agent for the rest
