Use space-scoped configuration, cache-backed dashboards, native macros, page bylines, API governance, runtime evidence, documentation coverage, and the WorkatoSight Specialist for Rovo. The Specialist answers current-page or estate questions from cached evidence, returns exact relationships and bounded readiness actions, and can queue an estate refresh only after explicit space-admin confirmation.
Normal page, dashboard, macro, byline, and Specialist reads use cached data. Live Workato access occurs only through explicit admin-controlled refresh actions or the licensed scheduled refresh worker. Credentials are stored with Forge secret storage and are not returned to the frontend after save.
