💬 Enhanced User Mentions Mapping We have upgraded the user sync engine to ensure seamless communication between platforms.
What changed: The conversion logic for user mentions between Jira and Slack has been completely reworked.
The Benefit: Users will now experience accurate, seamless cross-platform tagging. Mentioning a colleague in Slack properly highlights them in Jira (and vice versa) without displaying raw IDs or broken syntax.
