Recoup is a Forge-native license cost optimizer for the full Atlassian stack. It scans every seat across Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Jira Product Discovery and surfaces the wasted spend in dollars — inactive accounts, product mismatches, and idle JPD Creator seats. Detection is deterministic and runs entirely inside Atlassian: no external services and no AI. Reclaim is always admin-initiated and reversible — flagged seats are removed from their access groups under your own org-admin identity, and can be added back at any time. Every action is written to an immutable, CSV-exportable audit log built for finance teams. Built in Melbourne by Taskhooker.
