CustomerChase follows up Jira Service Management requests waiting for a customer. Configure project policies, business calendars, public reminder templates and a final customer transition. The cycle clock is independent of issue updates: app comments do not restart it, and a public reporter or participant reply stops the sequence. Agents can pause, resume, cancel or restart a cycle and inspect its history and diagnostics. Built on Atlassian Forge with no third-party runtime egress. Timing is approximate; uncertain Jira responses stop for reconciliation to reduce duplicate actions. English interface. Requires Jira Service Management Cloud.
