Status lozenges and images stay in your tables
Status macros keep their colour, and images, mentions, dates and Jira links show as they do on the page. They still filter, sort, pivot and export on their text value.
Readers explore without edit rights
Anyone who can view the page can sort, filter, search, page through rows and export CSV. Click a header to sort up, again to sort down, and a third time to return to page order.

Sift turns a table on your Confluence page, an attached CSV, TSV or JSON file, or pasted data into a filtered, pivoted, interactive table or chart, all in one macro.
Native tables: status macros keep their colour as lozenges, and images, mentions, dates, Jira links and other macros show as they do on the page. They still filter, sort, pivot and export on their text value.
Build: choose a source, add saved filters, optionally pivot (Sum, Count, Average, Median and more), then show a table, a chart, KPI cards or both, with a live preview.
Readers: sort (ascending, descending, then back to page order), filter, search, page through rows and export CSV, without edit rights.
Privacy: data is read with each viewer’s own permissions and never stored or sent anywhere. Runs on Atlassian eligible.
Limits: 10,000 rows per macro, 4 MB per attached file.
