Lucidchart Diagrams Connector

80% of the time, all lucid macros in Confluence pages will give the message "Storage access inactive - browser will retry" and nothing more.

I am a solution partner Atlassian adminstrator and had to reinstall Lucidchart for Confluence 3 times in 1 weeks time at a customer because it just stops working. Lucid doesn't allow for any feedback on technical or performance issues on their own community so you will only read these here and on the other platforms they integrate with. If anyone from Lucid reads this, please focus the team maintaining the Lucidcharts for Confluence services on reducing the number of downtimes of this plugin. Edit: After several more incidents, broken links in the configuration panel, and 0 response from the vendor I can only conclude this plugin has been abandoned by Lucid. On December 3rd It will lose Atlassian support, so my advice is to uninstall this plugin and urge your organization to move away from Lucid, as it is not a trustworthy partner for integrations with other platforms.

Seems broken

No technical support at all. Lucid only provides ticket portal to support login and billing issue
