Key highlights of the appEvery morning, a few things worth raising at standup - measured against your board's own history, not a model of a healthy team

It compares your board to itself

A column that normally takes four days has a norm of four days. There is no industry benchmark, no target and no model of a healthy team — only what this board has done before, in working days, in its own timezone.

It says how much it looked at

Three findings at most, and never presented as all of them: what does not fit is counted and placed. On a quiet morning it reports what it examined and found ordinary, so silence has a denominator.

Nothing leaves your Jira

No analytics endpoint, no vendor backend, no model in the pipeline. The arithmetic runs on Atlassian's infrastructure, on your data. Outlier qualifies for Runs on Atlassian, which Atlassian verifies rather than us.

More details

Every morning it names a few things on your board: a review queue that has not cleared, work nobody has touched, an item aging in a column longer than usual. Time in status, against your board's own finished history.

Three at most, and on a quiet morning it says how many it looked at and found ordinary.

Read it on a dashboard, or let your own Automation rule post it to Slack before standup.

Questions, not verdicts. "3 of 8 in Code Review past the usual wait — is this queue moving?" Never "SLA violated". Nothing here measures a person: no assignee is read.

It reads how tickets moved between columns and when, never the words in them. Nothing leaves your site — and the audit log permission at install is one Jira's search endpoint asks for.

Free up to 10 users. Above that it is billed on your Jira site's licensed users, not on the team using the card: 50 users is $22.50 a month, 1,000 users $195.

Works without AI. Ask Rovo why is optional, on your credits, if your site has Rovo.
