Team Workload gives team leads one clear view of who's working on what, across every project and team. It counts each person's open issues by state — in progress, to do, blocked, and stale (untouched 7+ days) — so overloaded people and stuck work stand out at a glance. Expand anyone to see every ticket they're carrying, sort and filter by project or active sprint, and open full ticket details inline. An Insights panel charts how work is distributed and where it's piling up. Jira admins can bulk-edit a person's tickets in one step: move a selected set to any status they can reach and reassign or unassign, with per-ticket results. Everything runs as the signed-in user, so Jira enforces your existing permissions on every read and write. Available as a dashboard gadget and a global page, and it runs entirely on Atlassian
