Bugbridge for Jira

Bugbridge turns BugSnag errors into tracked Jira work, automatically. When an error fires, Bugbridge creates a Jira issue using your routing rules — the right project, issue type and priority. Recurring errors are deduplicated into a single issue with a running count instead of flooding your board, and a regression reopens the issue it was closed against. Closing the Jira issue resolves the error in BugSnag, and a BugSnag resolve posts back on the issue, so both sides stay in step. A conditional BugSnag panel appears only on linked issues, keeping unrelated tickets clean. An hourly reconcile scan recovers any errors whose webhook was dropped, so nothing is silently lost. Setup is a single webhook — there are no servers to run and your data stays inside your Atlassian tenant.
