Summary: Find filters owned by inactive users, safer sharing, faster search and tags
Details: New: find filters owned by inactive users
New "Any inactive owner" option in the Owner filter lists every filter whose owner's account has been deactivated.
Inactive owners are clearly marked in the list.
Select them and transfer ownership in one bulk action; only active users are offered as new owners.
Sharing that doesn't fail on save
Space roles: you only see roles you are a member of, so Jira won't reject the change (API Limitation JRACLOUD-93526).
Filters shared with the whole organization: the app warns you before saving and tells you to set the filter to private first.
Faster search and tags
Search results and tags load faster.
Tag suggestions include every tag used across your Jira site; unused tags disappear automatically.
Clearer notices when search results are incomplete or reach the 1,000-result limit.
Other changes
"Shared by" column renamed "Starred by" (same data).
