Key highlights of the appMove multiple pages and add, remove, rename or merge labels in bulk. Preview every change, undo the whole batch in one click

See the whole change before it happens
The dry run names how many pages change, lists the first 50 with the exact edit each one gets, and reports every page it will skip with its own reason. Nothing is written to Confluence until you have read it.
Undo the batch, not page by page
Every run records what it changed on each page, so one click takes a relabel or a move back as a whole. A page someone has moved since is left where they put it, and named.
Rename and merge labels, site-wide
Confluence has no rename or merge for labels at all. Curator does it as a previewed, resumable, undoable bulk edit across every page carrying the label, from a settings page only site admins can open.

The problem
Confluence Cloud changes labels one page at a time: it cannot rename, merge or delete a label, nor add one to a set of pages (CONFCLOUD-7681, 17373). It moves a page with its tree, but not a chosen set of pages from across a space (CONFCLOUD-73945). Bulk archiving is Premium-only.
What Curator does
Filter, then act. Title, last edited, created by, labels held or missing — over a space or a page tree. Then re-label, move or archive.
Preview every time. How many pages change, the first 50 with their exact edit, and every skipped page and why.
Undo the whole batch. Labels it added come off, labels it removed go back, and a page moved since is left where it is.
Govern labels site-wide. Rename, merge or delete a label everywhere, with usage counts. Site admins only.
Good to know
Curator cannot undo an archive; Confluence restores archived pages itself. Archiving needs Confluence Standard or above. Nothing leaves your site.

Version information
Version 2.3.0•for Confluence Cloud
- Release date
- Sep 28th 2026
- Summary
- Permission and label fixes from a buyer test, and a Created by filter
- Details
Found by buying Curator and using every flow on a real site.
- Settings → Curator now holds the label catalogue and the site-wide history. The Apps → Curator page is gone: it showed every user labels and batches from spaces they could not open.
- Archiving through Curator needs space admin or the space's Archive permission, as it does in Confluence. Moving needs the right to add pages at the destination, and the destination list shows only spaces you can see.
- Adding a new label to many pages no longer creates several labels with the same name, and rename, merge and delete reach every page carrying the label.
- A Free site's refusal to archive is recognised and explained. Previews say where Confluence restores archived pages.
- New Created by filter. The move destination is named in the preview and the history, and an undo lists the pages it left alone.
