Build an ordered guide
Add the macro to each guide page with the same Guide ID. Set positions to choose the step order, or let first views establish the order.
Show the current step
Enable the optional progress tracker to highlight the current page in the guide sequence.

List child pages from a parent page, then show previous and next links between sibling pages.

Guide Navigator for Confluence helps readers move through multi-page instructions, onboarding guides, and other structured content.
Guide Navigator: Add the macro to each page in a guide and use the same Guide ID. Set an optional position to choose the order. If no position is set, pages follow the order in which the macro is first viewed on each page. Readers can move to the previous or next page, and an optional progress tracker shows the current page in the sequence. A guide needs at least two pages.
Previous/Next Page Navigation: On a parent page, show links to its direct child pages. On a child page, show links to the previous and next sibling pages, following Confluence page order.
Use the macros independently or together to make multi-page content easier to follow.
