Enter what one seat costs you per year and the page leads with the total: how many seats are inactive and about what they cost a year. Seat counts come straight from Atlassian, per product.

Trust the list
Every candidate is verified against every issue on the site, not a sample, and the rule for what counts as activity is stated above the results. The app holds no write permission.

License Audit lists the licensed users on your Jira Cloud site who have done nothing in Jira in a period you choose — no status change, field edit, comment, logged work, or issue created — and how long each has been inactive.
- Seats counted by Atlassian for every Jira product on your site, the plan limit, and how many of those seats are inactive.
- Each inactive user with a last-activity band and the products they hold a seat for. Search, filter, and download as CSV or Excel.
- What inactive seats cost a year, from seat prices you enter.
Numbers you can trust. Every remaining candidate is verified against all issues on the site, so a partial scan cannot produce a wrong name. Being assigned an issue never counts as activity.
Nothing changes on your site. The app has no write permission of any kind: it cannot deactivate a user or change a setting.
Runs on Atlassian. No servers of our own; nothing leaves Atlassian. Only account IDs, inactivity bands and seat prices are stored.
