Key highlights of the appConfluence-to-Confluence sharing: deliver pages into your client's site as always-current, read-only replicas, all on Atlassian

Deliver pages that stay current

Approve a page and send your client a revocable subscribe link. Every time the source page changes, the replica in their Confluence updates: no exports, no emailed copies, no chasing versions.

A native, read-only page in their Confluence

Shared pages arrive as real pages in the subscriber's own Confluence: searchable, linkable, in their page tree. Edit restrictions are applied and a Read-only replica badge names the source, so copies cannot drift.

Your content never leaves Atlassian

Built entirely on Forge: all compute and storage on Atlassian infrastructure, and the only network destination is the app's own Atlassian-hosted endpoint. Admins allow-list every partner site, re-checked on every push.

More details

Stop emailing exports that are out of date the moment they're sent. Page Sharing for Confluence delivers pages from your Confluence Cloud site straight into your client's, partner's or supplier's site as native pages: searchable, linkable and in their own page tree. When you update the source, their copy updates too.

Admins stay in control. Only pages an admin approves are shared, only partner sites on your allow-list can receive them, and both are re-checked on every update. Withdraw sharing at any time and the shared copies are removed.

Built entirely on Atlassian Forge, with all compute and storage on Atlassian infrastructure and no third-party servers in the path. Images, attachments and macros are stripped before content leaves your site.

Shared pages are read-only replicas with a badge naming the source, and local edits are overwritten on the next sync. Install the same app on both sites to share in either direction. Interface in English.

Version information

Version 4.1.0•for Confluence Cloud

Release date
Oct 21st 2026
Summary
More accurate sharing records, clearer subscription status and admin access
Details

New
• Clear subscription status: if a Page Sharing subscription lapses on either site, administrators see a notice explaining what is paused and how to renew from Manage apps. Pages already shared stay exactly as they were last synced, nothing is deleted, and you can always stop sharing, unsubscribe or remove an instance.
• The app version now appears on the admin pages, so our support team can help you faster.

Improvements and fixes
• Stop sharing and Remove instance now close every related subscription, so the Active and Disabled tabs, instance page counts and space subscriber counts always agree.
• Re-sharing a page or re-adding an instance starts cleanly, with no old subscriptions reappearing.
• Confluence administrators are recognised more reliably, including those whose admin rights come from Confluence permissions rather than group membership.
