More details
Read-only by design. The app requests no write permissions at all, so it cannot
edit, archive, move or delete anything in your wiki — not as a policy, but
because the ability was never requested. It shows you what it found and stops
there.
Built on Atlassian Forge. Your content is processed inside Atlassian's own
infrastructure and never reaches a third party's servers. Duplicate and
contradiction detection compares short excerpts of pre-filtered candidate page
pairs using an Atlassian-hosted model on the first-party Forge LLMs API. Nothing
is retained by the model provider, and nothing is used to train models.
The six structural checks — stale, orphaned, empty, broken-link, ownerless and
expired pages — are unlimited and included at no cost, on a site of any size.
Duplicate and contradiction detection is free during early access. The free
report covers your 1,000 most-recently-updated pages.

Content Coherence runs eight checks across your Confluence site every night.
Two read your pages closely:
- Contradictions — pages making incompatible claims about the same thing, with the specific conflict named and both sentences quoted verbatim.
- Duplicates — the same procedure documented twice in different words.
Six are deterministic, using dates, word counts and the link graph:
- Stale pages not edited in over a year
- Orphans nothing links to
- Empty and thin placeholder pages
- Broken internal links
- Ownerless pages with no identifiable owner or last editor
- Expired pages that state their own expiry date and are now past it
You get one dashboard with a health score, findings grouped by severity, filters by check type and owner, and CSV export. Hand a finding to whoever should fix it and they see only their part; the full report stays admin-only.
The app requests read-only permissions and cannot edit, archive, move or delete anything.
