How it works:

• In explicit Create or Apply, answer run-specific questions and preview the selected fields and hierarchy before Jira changes.
• Create new work, apply selected parts to an existing issue, or recreate useful work once.
• On the Jira issue, inspect the template revision, run status and child outcomes; retry unfinished work without duplicating completed items.
Authenticated JSM portal customers can choose an offered template for their request type. Workflow Create (Beta) runs a configured template after a Jira transition. Create and Apply remain the interactive preview-first paths.
Project, issue type, group and account rules control visibility. Runs on Atlassian with no external egress or analytics. Free for teams up to 10 users.

Built-in starter children now select the project's subtask work type when Jira offers exactly one compatible choice. Projects with several compatible types still require an explicit Work type selection. Large HTML or non-JSON Jira errors now show bounded support details while preserving the status, endpoint and Jira request ID when available.
