Available in 26 languages, fully translated — the portal panel follows each customer's own Jira language, and administrators can translate every heading and field label they configure.
Runs on Atlassian: no data leaves Atlassian infrastructure. Field values are read and written through the Jira REST API inside your tenant; only the configuration and two capped audit logs are stored, in Forge KVS, in your own data residency region.
Works per project: a default configuration applies everywhere, and any service project can override it with its own fields, labels and editing rules. Project administrators can manage their own project without site-admin rights.
Supports system fields as well as custom fields, including Assets (CMDB) object fields on JSM Premium.
