Native Timesheets gives every person a weekly timesheet that writes straight into Jira’s own worklogs, under their own name, so JQL, dashboards and native reports keep working, and every hour stays in Jira if you uninstall. It runs only on Atlassian: no external servers, no data egress, no third-party storage.
- Weekly grid: type 1.5, 1:30 or 1h 30m, and copy last week’s rows
- Submit, recall, approve or return weeks with a note; approved weeks lock and later edits are flagged
- Issue panel: see and log your hours without leaving the issue
- Reports: hours and billable value by project and person
- Exports: a detailed CSV, or a Xero sales-invoice CSV with one draft invoice per client
- Optional weekly reminder for unsubmitted weeks
- Uses Jira permissions: people see only what Jira already shows them
