A receipt for the exact page version
Each confirmation records who, when, the page version and a checksum of that version. After an edit, readers are asked again and can see what changed. Earlier receipts stay as history.
Approve a version, then ask people to read it
Approvers sign off each version first. Readers are asked only once it is approved. The author of a version cannot approve it, and approvers can sign with a PIN.
See who is outstanding, and export it
The compliance report shows who confirmed, who is overdue and who was reminded. Download Excel, PDF or an audit evidence pack. It is evidence of what people confirmed, not a ruling on any regulation.

New in 3.1: Rovo agents can look up the policy pages that apply to a task, see what changed since a version and record that the agent read the version in force (Pro). An agent’s record is a claim shown apart from people’s acknowledgements and never counts as one. Large sites: the compliance table pages by 50, reports say what they could not count yet, the reminder pass now moves every hour while comments and digests stay at most daily, and the dashboard shows when the last full pass finished.
