Comment Alerts watches Jira for new comments and emails the people who need to see them.
Rules decide who hears about what. Each rule chooses which projects it covers and who is notified: the assignee, the reporter, the comment author, watchers, specific people or groups, a project role, or any email address at all, including people who do not use Jira.
The email is yours to write. Edit the subject and the HTML body, with the issue key, summary, comment author, comment text and a link back to the issue, and preview it before anyone receives it.

Requires a free Resend account and a verified sending domain. Mail is sent from an address you control, so it lands with your own reputation rather than a shared one.

The delivery log now records Atlassian account IDs instead of email addresses. The settings page resolves names from Jira each time you open it and stores nothing.
Account IDs the app stores are reported to Atlassian weekly through Forge's personal data reporting API.
An account Atlassian reports as closed is erased from every rule and every log row automatically.
Addresses cached by earlier versions are removed from the log on upgrade.
Addresses you type into a rule yourself are kept, because they are your own configuration and have no Jira account behind them.- Payment model
