Inline comment report macro for pages and spaces
Add the macro to any page to collect inline comments from selected pages, page trees or entire spaces. Pick the columns you want and filter by author, mention, page label, text or date.
Search inline comments and export to CSV
Open Search inline comments from any page's action menu for a one-off search. Expand a thread to read its replies, see page labels, and export every match to CSV.

Built on Atlassian Forge. Your content never leaves Atlassian's cloud infrastructure, there are no external services, and nothing is stored beyond a single on/off setting per space. Every comment is read with the viewing user's own Confluence permissions, so nobody sees a comment they could not already open themselves.
Built for large spaces. Results stream in as they are found, so the first rows appear while the rest are still being collected. Reports run against the current page, selected pages, page trees, or entire spaces.
Accurate by design. When commented text is deleted, Confluence still reports the thread as open. CommentLens checks whether the highlighted text still exists, so counts and reports never include comments nobody can act on.
Interface language: English. Comment text is searched in whatever language Confluence indexes.
