Review JSM request-type configuration before and after changes. Choose one service desk and enter phrases to see current-user API results, configuration findings and separate advisory suggestions.
An active license enables up to 100 phrases, local suite downloads, snapshot export after a successful current run and compatible before/after comparison. Suite reuse is manual: open the downloaded JSON and copy its phrases into the input, one per line. Suite-file import is not available. Compare names, descriptions and group membership. Snapshot input files are limited to 2 MB.
Without an active license, the app uses a reduced 20-phrase mode. This describes app behavior, not a free Marketplace subscription.
Results reflect your API access, not customer visibility or portal search ranking. Suggestions are product rules. Knowledge-base content is outside scope. Review findings and make changes manually in Jira.
