Team Reminders adds a Reminders panel to every issue. Most reminder tools only remind you; the person who needs the nudge is often the assignee or a teammate. This closes that gap.
Who: remind yourself, the current assignee (resolved when it fires, even if it changes hands), or specific people.
When: pick a date and a 24-hour time in your own Jira timezone — no AM/PM, no timezone maths.
What: add an optional note for context.
When a reminder is due, the app posts a comment that @-mentions each recipient, so Jira sends its own notification and email. Track every reminder on an issue, or see all of yours on the My Reminders page. Snooze a fired reminder by a day, or delete it.
Built entirely on Forge, with no external calls and no third-party data — only minimal reminder details in Atlassian-hosted storage.
