Greenlight runs document approval on the Confluence page you already write. Draft → In Review → Approved → Published. Assign reviewers, set a due date, lock the page so only owner and reviewers can change it, and keep an audit trail of who decided. Status sits in the byline and the banner. Pending work lives under Apps → Greenlight.

This edition is linear. All reviewers approve, or a rejection sends it back. If you need Comala-weight routing, a full document-management suite, or native Confluence Approvals on a Premium beta, this is not that product. Routing, teams, and Jira stage tickets wait for Advanced — that is when this listing becomes Veritas. If you need the page locked and a trail you can show, start a trial.
