Sidekick4All (Time Tracking and Capacity Management)

This new calendar app for Jira finally solves the problems I've had for a long time with Jira calendar apps: 1. It has actual near real time 2-way syncing between Sidekick calendar in Jira and your external Google or Microsoft calendar instead of using ICS feed subscription like other apps which is unusably slow. 2. It has the ability for me to simply drag and drop Jira work items onto my calendar. Which by using feature #1 above also blocks that time on my calendar, so I don't have to do my own calendar blocks for work to avoid getting booked for meetings. 3. It automatically tracks the time spent using a sync to the Jira native worklog feature. As a bonus that I didn't expect, the app has a cool time analytics feature. I had previously tested and reviewed an early version of this app and the Oneteem development team reached out to me right away to look into the problems I had, they were incredibly friendly, empathetic, and understanding. They resolved the issues right away and I'm very happy with the app. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good calendar integration app to check this one out!

  For the single / multiple toggle, you are right to point out the missing explanation. We will add a clear tooltip and documentation so the feature is understandable.

  Regarding the disconnect accounts button, the redirect is handled by Atlassian which is why we redirect you to id.atlassian.com. We understand this is unexpected for users and will make sure to clarify this inside the app and documentation.
