    Very disappointed, each week it looks like there are new problems; cant login, cant find the issue's, login each session, video playback does not work.. Cant recommend this extensions for Jira.

    We use this extension because one of our clients can't live without it. But, this is one of those extensions which is just lying there and not at all maintained. It has bugs, bugs, bugs. If you can find an alternate, skip this one.

    There is an issue with the "Assignee" dropdown. We are getting users only upto alphabet "O". Unable to assignee it to the people whose name starts with a letter beyond that. this is defeating the whole purpose of the plugin. Support system was not great, not sure how to raise that issue. "Capture Video" is not available for demo version. Was that intentional? We are ready to convert as a paid users provided above listed issues are fixed.

    We just upgraded to 8.1 and are having the problem with workflow views being blank or spinning on second selection of any workflow view. We disabled all addons on our test server and readded them one at a time to find that the problem is Capture. This is not good and needs to be fixed. We have a lot of scientists who aren't happy when they can't see their workflows.

    The version available for JIRA 8.0+ (2.10.0) causes a bug with workflow views (they are blanked out). I was told that Zephyr is aware of this but have no date for a fix. I wouldn't say that is a working version and there is no other version that will properly install on JIRA 8.

    Have just upgraded to Jira 8 and installed the update Firefox browser extension... only to find its the same old browser extension version that conflicts with other apps we use. Zephyr provided a debug version 6 months ago that was promised for release mid-March. The work around requires that we need to reinstall the debug version whenever Firefox is restarted @$!@$@#%@#$% Its a great (5 star) app we use all day, however poorly supported. Zephyr can't seem to release a patch after 6 months for which a solution is already developed. Please get your act together Zephyr.

    After several months of waiting, they have released a compatible add-on for JIRA 8.0. The excitement did not last long as they have released a add-on with a critical bug.

    Where is the updated Safari extension ? Where is the update for the latest server version ? WHY ARE YOU SO BAD TO DELIVER A GOOD PRODUCT ?! It was great as Bonfire. It's now a shame with the abyssal support offered by Zephyr. Stay away from it…

    A great tool, but out for 600 users, only a small fraction of our users need it. Please turn captivate into a Jira application so we can have a smaller licence.

    rly good and fast tool, but if I'm will use a middle scroll mouse button for moving to do to sides, plugin freeze and I lost my data.:/

    Love it, templating defects for different environments and defaults helps us to obtain consistent bug reports from developers, support and the test team. Pre-populating issues with detected in version, a triage label, default assignee for particular bug types.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    If you've opted for annual billing for your Atlassian product, apps are also billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
