SuperTemplates.ai for Jira

Being able to throw a batch of subtasks onto an existing issue in a couple of clicks has been the handiest part for us - real subtasks with proper assignees and dates, not just checklist items. For the recurring work we use templates functionality: assignee, priority and dates set once, reused every sprint, and the smaller steps go into the description as a checklist the variables fill in. Creating the same tickets every sprint used to take us a lot of time, now it takes a couple of minutes

Switched from CSV imports and never looked back. With CSV, every release meant editing the spreadsheet, find/replace on the version, then fixing whatever broke on import. I pasted our old checklist into the AI wizard and it had a template ready in about thirty seconds. Five more minutes to check it over and add descriptions with @mention variables, and that was it. Now the release name and sprint fill into every title and description automatically, which CSV could never do. Each release is now a couple of clicks!!
