Fair Hours - Timesheets, Rates, Overtime & Cost Reports

Jira knows how long things took. It does not know what an hour is worth, that Saturday is paid at time and a half, or that someone got a raise in March - so the monthly cost report is rebuilt by hand, and nobody quite trusts it.

Fair Hours reads your existing worklog, applies the rates you really pay, and shows the month with the arithmetic open: a line per person, overtime counted per day, weekend and night premiums, and totals that roll up to the epic. Click a name to open every line behind the total, with the rate actually paid.

Rates carry an effective date at company, team and person level, so you can schedule a raise or correct the past without rewriting months already costed.

Sign the month off without freezing it: if hours move later, the screen shows by how much.

It runs inside Atlassian, writes only to the native Jira worklog, as the person, with no external network access.
