CogniRunner is the workflow AI agent for Jira. It checks, acts and codes where your team already works.
Transitions: AI validators read the meaning of fields, attachments and screenshots, and can search your project with JQL to stop duplicates. Conditions run inside Jira, and 30 premade checks (16 validator, 14 condition) need no AI call. Post-functions fill fields, comment, create sub-tasks, write PDF or Word documents, or run JavaScript the AI writes and you test first.
Without a transition: listeners react to 68 Jira events and 9 git events; scheduled jobs run on cron over a JQL scope.
The Coder plans, edits and opens pull requests from an issue, asking before it commits. Virtual Administrator agents work a service desk queue in phases, from Learn to Live.
