AI validators read fields, attachments and screenshots and stop duplicates with JQL, whether a person or an AI agent over REST moves the issue. Post-functions, listeners and scheduled JQL jobs act for you.
The Coder plans, edits and opens pull requests, by default asking before it commits, and can build a new Forge app and trigger its deploy to development through your CI.

- The second check sees an agent's reads; more admin-cutting changes refused

The second check that reads an agent’s draft before it is posted now also sees what Atlassian answered the agent’s own reads, such as user counts, so a licence report built from them can pass; the check is still an AI’s judgement.
More changes that could cut an organisation or site admin off are refused, whoever approves: changing organisation policies, setting or changing an existing issue’s security level, moving issues in bulk, and changing a project lead away from an admin where the project gives its lead access. A grant held by a project role is checked person by person.
Describe a job writes its proposal in the background, so a long plan or slow AI provider no longer runs out of time. What it did confirms removals from lists.
Fixed: a removal Atlassian accepted was recorded as not confirmed; the Coder counted a call it never sent as failed.
