Key highlights of the appKnow the moment a Jira automation rule stops running — even when the audit log shows nothing at all
See every automation rule's health at a glance
One dashboard shows each monitored rule's status, last heartbeat, and expected interval. A rule that quietly stopped running becomes obvious instead of invisible.
Silent failures become Jira issues you can see
When a rule stops checking in, an issue is created in the project you choose — with exactly how long it has been silent and a triage checklist of the most common causes.
Set up a monitor in under a minute
Name it, set how often the rule should run, and copy the unique URL. The connection steps appear right in the app, so there is nothing to look up.

More details
QUICK START
- Go to Jira Settings > Apps > Automation Monitor and click Create monitor.
- Name it, set how often your rule should run, and copy the unique URL.
- Open the rule you want to watch, add a "Send web request" action as the last step, paste the URL, method POST.
- In Alert settings, choose the Jira project where alert issues should be created.
- Run the rule once. It turns HEALTHY as soon as the first heartbeat arrives.
If that rule ever stops checking in, an issue is created in your chosen project with how long it has been silent and a checklist of common causes. A recovery comment is added when the rule runs again.
