The vendor provided helpful guidance throughout the manual migration process and supported testing of app data migration from Data Center to Cloud. The manual export/import approach worked successfully with a few minor adjustments. A potential area for improvement would be supporting JCMA-based migration of app data, which would make the process more efficient and reduce manual effort for customers.
