    I tried the Add-On and while it was not easy to onboard right away, The system for support and feedback seems really solid. As time passed and my need wasn't so crucial anymore, the support team really put the effort to make sure that I was being looked after. It's one of the better types of support communication received than others that I've tried in products in the retail world. Full marks on support. I will have to revisit my review for possible full 5 stars, if I get round to trying the add-on again for a solution I need.

    My first time dealing with Jira. Needed a way to spawn tickets from a parent ticket. Found this great free program. It worked great but was having some issues with usernames. Sent an email to their support and within 2 replies they had my problem fixed. Great application and fantastic support. Will definitely be recommending this to everyone.

    Great App, I used for al lot of activities. For example I customize the notifications of email, but also for deleting the attachments of the issue transitioned to the status Closed, according to the europena GDPR. Great Support Team, they answer to my inqury very fast.

    When someone asks me "How am I going to do that?" My answer is only one: "Workflow Toolbox". This app is the first and the last that comes to my mind when I am thinking "Jira Optimization, Jira Workflows, Jira Fields and so much more". From a single post-function to the documentation and to the support team I am speechless with everything I can do. Also I feel pretty much strong because I know I will have everything I need with a simple question to the support team who they are going to answer me as soon as possible and try to help me out.     How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
