Feature Files: BDD, Gherkin and Cucumber for Jira

BDD scenarios belong in .feature files, next to the code, in Git. But the people who write them, analysts and testers and product, live in Jira, and asking them to open a pull request is how BDD quietly dies in a team. Feature Files puts the editor where those people already are and keeps the file format intact: rules, docstrings, aligned Examples tables and the trailing newline all come back byte for byte. A scenario is tied to an issue by an @KEY-123 tag inside the text itself, so the link survives export to Git and import back years later. Bulk import reads a concatenated dump of your repository and shows what will be created and what will be overwritten before anything is written. Living documentation gathers every scenario in the project onto one filterable page. Both exports read back through the same import, so your scenarios are never locked in.
