Link Steward: Broken Link Checker for Confluence

Keep Confluence links useful with a queue for each page’s current owner. Scan pages or spaces, schedule daily or weekly checks, track work states and export CSV reports. Review exact or base URL replacements before publishing, with permission and page-version checks. Space admins choose external HTTPS domains, manage exclusions and optionally enable owner reminder comments. Results respect current Confluence access. External checks send enabled URLs to their destinations and hostnames to Cloudflare DNS; link URLs, page bodies and user profiles are not retained in app storage. Checks cover published ADF links and Smart Links, up to 1,000 pages and 10,000 links per scan. Plain text URLs, macro contents, authenticated destinations and anchor fragments are outside coverage. Documentation describes limits and data handling. Free for up to 10 users; larger teams are billed through Atlassian.
